Friendly and helpful staff and trainers.
I would not recommend this place to have your dog trained ...I took my puppy a while ago and the trainer had to experience whatsoever my puppy never improved ... I was so unsatisfied with the training that I stopped going to the training classes it was useless i didn't care about how much money i lost it was about the type of service we were getting . My puppy is now much better since I've taken him to another training facility.
My wife bought some customized cat tags for $9 each here, and they're worthless. They're so tiny that you can't even read the phone numbers engraved on them. My wife should have refused them before leaving the store.
